1. Maintenance of guest information
2. Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
3. Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems
to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unable to assist 4. Lead project for manangement practice, inclusive service quality management, cost, budgetting etc
Job Requirement
at least college degree // Computer skill : proficiency
Hotel provide uniform
Partner will provide free of charge in house guest room ( 2 share 1 room) , If require single room, need to pay Partner Rmb800 per month as rental, Partner will arrange to leave in house guest room or outside apartment ( single room of 3 -room apartment, share use public toilet and kitchen, wash machine etc, 10 minutes around to Partner) according to situation.
