About the role
In your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for engaging with our guests, supervising and supporting your team with daily activities, and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment. This role will oversee the Restaurant, In Room Dining as well as Events. Your duties will include:

Supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations by being hands on.
Supervise the team, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded
Train and develop team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner and are up to date with VIP guest movements, hotel events, local attractions and activities
Ability to oversee both a-la-carte and buffet style service
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.



What are we looking for?

Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment  
Fluent in the English, in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
Well-presented, organised and calm personality
