An assistant Recreation Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional recreation services in accordance with Hilton Standards to our guests.
What will I be doing?
An assistant Recreation Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional recreation services in accordance with Hilton Standards to our guests.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Plan, organize and coordinate multiple recreation programs.
Respond to Membership complaints and resolve same using HEART model.
Ensure recreation facilities are maintained in order to ensure a safe, clean and appropriate environment for recreation activities.
Provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out.
Book, change and cancel spa appointments.
Assist with laundry, tidies and stock up the locker rooms, lounge area, salon, retail area, and treatment rooms.
Assists with Inventory, training and financial reports.
