About us FEELING GOOD - under this motto Leonardo Hotels, European subsidiary of Fattal Hotels, has been represented on the German hotel market since 2007 and now operates more than 160 hotels in the 3* to 4* plus category in Europe, as well as hotels of a comparable standard . We place particular focus on hotels in attractive locations such as downtown or near the airport. The company management is based in Berlin. The areas of finance, human resources, marketing & sales, project management and revenue & e-commerce are controlled from here.

Your profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Completed professional training in the hotel industry and /or initial professional experience at reception is desirable
- We would be happy to train lateral entrants who are enthusiastic about the hotel industry if they are suitable
- You convince with a positive charisma and enjoy working in a team and dealing with people
- You score with reliability, sense of responsibility and your organizational talent
- You have good knowledge of German and English
Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out as well as all preparatory activities
- Accepting individual reservations in German and English
- Checking cash management and billing
- Complaint management
- Ensuring smooth processes at reception
- Working in the early shift , late shift and night shift
