Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Guest Service Centre with the ability to provide a consistent level of quality service
to Hotel Guests.
Recognizing all repeat and important guests in order to develop personal guest contact,
obtaining preferences and proactively anticipating guest needs and requirements.
Co-ordinating with the concerned department to ensure a smooth departure and warm farewell
departure and warm farewell of VIP guests as well as making sure all VIPs are met upon arrival and
departure, gathering as much guest feedback as possible, and offering additional services.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of Guest Service experience preferably in a four or five-star hotel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Able to exercise good judgment with difficult guests.
