• Maintains weekly Aging& follow up clients on due Accounts receivable via Email. • Ensures the daily transfers are balanced with the accounts receivable & general ledger. • Prepares all monthly collection plan against customers • Prepares and maintain monthly reports for corporate, hotel and as requested. • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. • Maintain a good relationship with all departments in the Hotel to promote effective internal control. • Fixing credit limits & credit period for new customers. • Maintains an accurate monthly Aging report. • Attends all internal or external meetings to avoid any future discrepancies in billing • Maintain accurate and efficient credit facility files. • Posting payments received accordingly in Opera. • Handling debtor’s queries efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.
