Hi ... My name's Hatem Rasheed Awaiseh .. I am from Jordan, I am 45 years old . I graduated from Al Balqa Applied University in 2000 as an Accountant. I am an analytical and accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in developing effective financial systems, generating financial reports, controlling company costs and expenses, and successfully controlling and reducing business costs and expenditures. I have a comprehensive background in optimizing financial performance, creating and implementing strategic plans, and improving staff working efficiency to meet and surpass company targets. working in many companies as Finance Manager, chief Accountant, Accountant Manager... I worked in Construction Co. Healthcare Co, Industrial Co.. Educational Co...  Selected as one of the first six Air Hostesses by India’s first ever Low-Cost Carrier.  Later working as Check Crew / In-flight Manager with another airline, coordinating with different modules such as ground staff, sales department, catering department etc. and understanding needs of customers, keeping them satisfied became part of my life. My efforts were recognized by the Company with a commendation for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’.  Working as Guest Relations Executive at the city’s top Five Star Business Hotel provided me with an opportunity to interact with top business executives.  Working with two reputed airlines gave me an experience in dealing with large number of general public as well as coordinating with different departments and authorities all at the same time.
