Account Executive:
HOA (Home Owners Association) Accounts
Assisting the Residence concierge team with day-today operations,
Review the guest folio, Payment posting, Credit card query etc.
Bank Reconciliation.
Forecast on weekly basis
Month-end JVs including Charge back to Hotel, Prepaid, and Accrual expenses etc.
In charge of Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Service charge invoice and Utility charges follow up.
Balance sheet reconciliation, operating statement preparation,
Review the variance, and submission.
Lease Accounts:
Leasing day-today operations, reviewing leasing contracts, follow up on leasing
Payment with Residence Manager, final settlement and early termination calculation etc.
Bank Reconciliation, forecast on weekly basis.
Month end JVs, Profit and Loss account preparation and review, owners reporting etc.
